Set in a charming village on the Norfolk coastline, this welcoming, single-storey property with plenty of garden space is the perfect retreat for families and their pooch. The host village of Snettisham boasts a choice of local shops, pubs and restaurants to make use off, plus an RSPB Nature Reserve (3.5 miles) which makes for charming walks. The golden sands of Snettisham Beach (3.5 miles) are where dogs can run wild throughout the year, while other nearby beaches include Heacham South Beach (3 miles) and Hunstanton South Beach (4.5 miles). Hunstanton also has a large promenade with restaurants, bars a funfair and activities for all ages. One of Norfolk’s greatest attractions in Sandringham Estate is just 4 miles away, where guests can explore the stunning architecture and gardens that the Royal Family enjoy every year. And with the market town of King’s Lynn only 13 miles away, you’re never far from a vibrant day out of shops, eateries and attractions.

With all the rooms on one floor, style meets comfort in this welcoming home-from-home. With easy access for wheelchairs and walking aids (including a ramp from pavement to door), guests are greeted by the lounge and diner that boasts comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a dining table with ample seating. The kitchen offers all you need to cook your favourite family meals, while the spacious wet room allows guests to stay refreshed and relaxed. Completing the inside are two inviting bedrooms; one double with storage space, and a twin bedroom.  

Outside, guests can make use of the expansive and enclosed garden space which is accessed via a ramp from the kitchen door, where dogs and little ones can spend their energy in the sun. Outside furniture means you can enjoy morning cuppas and alfresco meals after a long day of adventuring. At the front of the property there is a ramp from pavement to door.

Well prepared holiday let, comfortable with all the essentials needed for my stay, I would definitely use Sunbeam again if available when next visiting the area
