This spacious property has a light-filled lounge with a central wood burner, Smart TV, and French doors opening into the garden. The bright, fully equipped kitchen/diner features ample storage, an elegant dining table, and bifold doors to the sun terrace. Exploring the ground floor further, there’s a useful boot room, a peaceful study and a refreshing bathroom. Two bedrooms are downstairs: a cosy double and a children’s bunk room; three bedrooms are upstairs: two peaceful doubles with serene sea views, and a cheery king-size with bifold doors onto a Juliet balcony. The first floor also features a bathroom and separate shower room. Outside, the large and enclosed garden is perfect for pets to roam around as you relax in the summer sunshine. The garden has a pretty lawn, several seating and patio areas and a lovely hot tub. Private off-road parking is available for two cars.

The property sits along a private lane behind Walberswick’s sweet village green, just a short walk from the dog-friendly dune-backed beach. Walberswick has a choice of traditional pubs, cafes, and shops, with a foot ferry leading to the lovely seaside town of Southwold (1 mile). Dogs are also welcome at Dunwich Museum, Camel Park Oasis and the East Anglia Transport Museum, all within 15 miles.

The perfect seaside retreat. Just had a family celebration and would love to return in warmer weather to enjoy the outside space. Made the most of the wonderful hot tub.
