Climb three steps to reach the decking outside of the pod and walk in through the wooden door. Inside, you’ll have everything you need in one neat open-plan living space. Cook an evening meal for two at the kitchenette where you’ll find everything you will need. You don’t have to go far to rest your head on the comfortable double bed. Completing the interior is a shower room with a WC. Outside is a decked area with furniture, a BBQ, a fire pit and a wood-fired hot tub. You can also enjoy the lake, private yoga sessions and homemade pasties and ice cream.
Grab your wellies and stroll around the grounds and beyond into the countryside. You’ll be staying down a quiet line in a rural location with hamlets of Treneglos and Downinney within 1 mile. Sniff out the nearby historical Warbstow Bury (2 miles) or head to the rolling hills of Bodmin Moor (17 miles) which is dotted with ancient stone circles and tors. Venture into the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to find the characterful old fishing port village of Boscastle (9 miles) or walk along the South West Coast Path to Pentargon Waterfall (8 miles). An excellent swimming spot is Crackington Haven Beach (8.5 miles) which is dog-friendly from October to April.
