The spacious open-plan living area creates an excellent base for socialising with your loved ones. Let the outside in by opening the glass patio doors while sitting on the sofa or dining at the wooden table with antique chairs. Prepare a meal on the wooden worktops in the bright and neutral-toned farmhouse-style kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a family shower room. Upstairs you’ll find a bathroom and two comfortable and country-style, a double bedroom with an en-suite and a twin room. Outside are two private patios with furniture and a BBQ. Make use of the playground, tennis court and games room which are shared with neighbouring properties.

While staying in the foothills of Mersley Down, you’ll have plenty of dog-walking routes from your doorstep. Pick up some home-grown ingredients from the nearby farm shop (0.5 miles) for an indulgent homemade meal. Take your four-legged friend for a run around the Alverstone Mead nature preserve (2.5 miles) and follow the hiking trails around the Arreton Down nature reserve (2 miles). Discover the local history at Nunwell House (3.5 miles) and Brading Roman Villa (4.5 miles). Set your sights on the coast and go for a swim in the dog-friendly Yaverland Beach (5 miles).

Lovely accommodation, great location. Peaceful setting and lovely to have restaurant and farm shop on site. Would recommend.
