Beautifully decorated tiny cottage in a great location just off the high street next to the church. Good facilities suitable for two people and a small dog. In walking distance to the sandy beach of Southwold.

Would not recommend this property for anyone of pensionable age. Furniture in the lounge is not comfortable and the top floor is all but inaccessible due to the stairs being of very old design. (To be expected of course in a cottage of this age). Kitchen cleanliness could have been better.

The cottage was in a perfect position, just a few steps to sea and high street. Log fire was very welcome. Although the stairs were steep & winding, as all old cottage stairs, they were manageable with care and did not detract from the charm. The best and most comfortable bed ever!

Lovely cosy cottage, well equipped, very clean, great location. Low ceilings and steep narrow staircases but all manageable. We had an issue with heating/hot water but this was addressed the same day. Lovely comfortable bed. A great cottage to spend time relaxing with easy access to the town and the seafront.

We loved this quirky cottage and its position. The bed is amazing - huge and comfortable. All the plumbing is new and high quality. The kitchen is mostly well equipped and the electric goods are excellent. A perfect hideaway very close to the beach and bakery, restaurants etc. and very quiet. If you have mobility problems this cottage might not be Read morefor you as access to the first and second floor is via very narrow steep and winding stairs.
