Treat your furry best friend to a trip away at this cosy romantic cottage in the heart of Cromer, it’s the perfect bolthole for a fun-packed holiday with the beach and pier, as well as the town’s pubs, shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. After a great day out, sit outside and relax in the sunshine in the cottage’s enclosed courtyard garden.

This charming traditional cottage has gorgeous original historical features and bags of character. Step into the Shaker-stye kitchen, fitted with everything you need for a self-catering break and enjoy your creations at the dining table in the lovely, light conservatory, which leads out to the courtyard garden, then relax in the cosy lounge, snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV while the heat-seeking pup dozes next to the electric fire. Head upstairs to bed in the pretty double bedroom decorated in calming colours, you’ll also find the shower room on the first floor. Take your coffee or a glass of something stronger out to the fenced rear garden where Fido can potter and explore while you sit and chat in the sunshine.

Wander to the beach (500 metres) to go paddling and fossil hunting, head off along the coast for a walk and to explore the nearby sandy beaches and clifftops on Norfolk’s stunning coastline. For amazing views, take Fido on a 5-mile circular walk south to Cromer Lighthouse, passing through heathland, woods, beaches and around the golf course. Visit Cromer’s cafes and treat your four-legged friend at the doggy diner. Spend an afternoon on the pier (600 metres) playing the traditional amusements, and treat yourselves to fish and chips and an ice cream.
