Escape to the captivating Suffolk coast with a stay at this stylish seaside retreat in the sought-after Tibby’s Triangle conservation area in the heart of Southwold. Sleeping four guests in two bedrooms and welcoming two lucky pups, this charming abode is ideal for couples, families and friends travelling with their canine companions. After days frolicking on beaches and sniffing out adventure along the coastal path, this property offers an abundance of space for socialising and snoozing in comfort.

Set over two floors, this coastal abode is light and spacious with a fresh, contemporary feel throughout. The heart of this lovely property is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with patio doors leading to the decked terrace. The modern, fitted kitchen has everything you need to prepare tasty meals for the entire pack, while you can dine inside or out, with a dining table next to the patio doors and another on the terrace. In warm weather, fire up the barbeque or simply enjoy lazy afternoons curled up on the outdoor sofa with your current read. If you prefer to be snug and cosy, get comfy on the indoor sofas to watch a film. Upstairs, two generous bedrooms offers flexible sleeping arrangements, with a king-size bed and a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be divided to form a twin. The king-size room has an en-suite shower room and a door leading to the private balcony, while a second bathroom completes the property.

Set tails wagging with morning walkies on Southwold beach, just 0.3 miles away. While seasonal restrictions are in place, you can still amble past colourful beach huts and the quaint pier on a lead, before reaching Denes Beach where your pup can run free. This dog-friendly town welcomes well-behaved pups in many of its shops and eateries, including the Adnams Brewery, or you can hop on the foot ferry to explore the pretty seaside village of Walberswick.

It is a very pleasant building with an en suite, a family bathroom and downstair wc which is handy. Well located and equipped.

Excellent house, bed was very comfy, and had everything we needed and more. The garage was a real bonus and our Kia Sportage fit in there fine. Location is excellent, literally a two minute walk to the lovely town with lots of great eateries and retail therapy. The sea is less than a 5 minute walk. Would 100% stay again.

An absolutely amazing property. So clean, so comfortable. The welcome basket was such a lovely surprise. Even doggy bags in case we had forgotten ours.

This house is fabulous. It was spotlessly clean and so very comfortable for a truly relaxing Winter break. The house is very well equipped; the beds are 5 star for comfort and the actual bedrooms are calm and peaceful for sleeping; the shower room and en-suite both have lovely efficient rainfall shower-heads and the water is always piping hot. We hRead moread a mid-stay freshen-up and bed-change from two marvellous sisters who left the property absolutely gleaming. The house is only a two-minute walk from the high street with it's abundance of individual shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Dogs are very welcome in Southwold which is a huge bonus. Ignore this property at your peril! Hide

We really enjoyed staying here. It has a good central location while still being located in a quiet road. Lots of facilities - it was very clean, comfortable and modern. We would definitely return.

The accommodation is fantastic, smart, modern, clean, spacious. Two bedrooms upstairs are large and comfortable, two bathrooms upstairs are modern, we only used one and the shower was great. Good entrance hall with downstairs toilet leading to open plan main area. Huge area, well equipped kitchen section, sofa, armchair, smart TV. Can not fault Read moreit at all. Outside courtyard, weather was nt conducive for seating outside but looks useful when sun is out. Parking is in garage, due to position it is slightly tricky at first but once tactic is sorted, fairly straight forward. (Position car to reverse in before opening doors to give you more space for maneuvering) Location is superb, quiet area, no through traffic, short distance to high street and seafront, nearby park and playground. Really is a great place. Hide

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 dogs in this lovely clean well equipped property. It was perfectly positioned to explore Southwold, and the garage meant we didnt need to worry about parking. We are already planning our next trip.
