A stylish, converted outbuilding with far-reaching sea views and access to shared gardens situated in the pretty village of Beer. Ideal for four adventurers and two canine companions, as no holiday is complete without your dog.
Open-plan living is at the heart of this home. The spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a welcoming atmosphere and provides the perfect spot to relax and socialise. Rustle up tasty meals in the practical kitchen, and tuck in together at the dining table. Afterwards, get cosy on the comfortable sofas in the lounge as the dogs curl up in front of the warming wood burner-effect electric fire. Upstairs is a twin bedroom, family bathroom, and a king-size master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Right outside the front is a decked area with patio seating, and to the rear, a small courtyard with further seating. Guests are also free to explore the owner''s shared gardens, where the dogs can sniff about the lawn.
Beer falls within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has an abundance of shops and dog-friendly places to eat. The South West Coast Path also winds through the village and cusps the Jurassic Coast. Take a long stroll and set tails wagging as you soak up the stunning sea views. Beer’s shingle beach is 0.5 miles away and dogs are welcome on the eastern half all year. Head to the Beer Quarry Caves (1 mile), an underground complex of limestone caves that you can tour or visit the trains and gardens of Pecorama (0.5 miles); dogs are welcome at both.
