Enjoying a tranquil location by the village green, this impressive Victorian house provides spacious accommodation for larger families and groups of friends seeking an idyllic holiday home close to the Norfolk coast. With ample space for up to ten guests, the property also has plenty of room for a couple of canine friends to join you for a relaxing stay in the picturesque coastal village of West Runton. Close to a pet-friendly beach, this stylishly decorated, beautifully furnished retreat occupies three floors and has been elegantly updated, with a range of delightful features including bay windows, window seats and a freestanding roll-top bath.

The spacious lounge has light streaming in through the bay windows and is perfect for everyone to chat about the day or watch a movie on the Smart TV. To the rear of the house, the airy kitchen/diner has a wealth of equipment so you can whip up an array of family feasts. Upstairs, the first floor offers a beautiful family bathroom and three stylishly decorated king-size bedrooms. Finally, on the second floor there’s another family bathroom and two bedrooms: one king-size and a twin, both tastefully furnished and featuring low sloping ceilings. Outside, there’s a delightful garden to the front, with plenty of seating and views towards the village green. From the dining area, sliding doors lead to a suntrap courtyard with a table and chairs, offering a lovely spot for dining alfresco as your pets bask in the shade.

West Runton has a choice of great pet-welcoming places to eat and drink, and a beautiful dog-friendly beach. Just a mile inland, West Runton and Beeston Heath offers a variety of delightful dog walks. Your four-legged friends are also welcome at Cromer Pier, Holt Country Park and the grounds at Felbrigg Hall, all within 9 miles.

What a lovely house. Beautifully decorated and furnished and very well proportioned. The bedrooms were huge and bathrooms really beautiful. And the welcome pack was amazing. All lovely Norfolk produce and even some milk in the fridge. Perfect location right next door to a fab teashop where we had 2 very tasty breakfasts. We had a great stay Read more- thank you Hide

A Lovely house, very comfortable and cosy for those cold, rainy days. Everything felt clean and fresh, even the blankets in the lounge. Lots of board games to keep the children occupied on those rainy days. Location was great, not having to drive to the beach was a nice change. A lovely comfortable spacious property in an ideal location. Great amenities, we had 4 families and 2 pets with room to spare. 10 min walk to the beach, 30 min beach walk to Cromer or Sheringham. A lovely pub across the road The Links golf course 5 mins away. Would definitely love to stay again.

This is a gorgeous and characterful property, with loads of space, in a great location. We loved the walks to the local beach and playing board games in the big downstairs rooms when the weather was less kind. We would definitely book and stay again. Thank you.

Fairholme is a beautiful property for a family holiday. Excellent location and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rear courtyard is a perfect sun trap and the front garden is wonderful for relaxing and watching the world go by. The whole family had a brilliant time. Thank you
