A contemporary coastal cottage with a leafy lawn, ideally situated near the tranquil coastline of Camber. This elegant hideaway is perfect for family and friends seeking a peaceful seaside escape with their waggy-tailed companion. Energetic hounds can sand-dig, wave-crash, and ball chase to little heart''s content on the doggy-designated stretch of sand at Camber Beach (1 mile), before stretching weary paws in the crackling glow of the wood burner.

This tastefully appointed property boasts a breezy interior with clean lines, fresh neutral hues, and cosy soft furnishings. Drop beach bags and towel down sandy pups in the entrance porch. Rustle up an afternoon feast in the sleek handless kitchen with Fido pottering at your heels. Pop a bottle of fizz then portion out a selection of tempting dishes at the long dining table. In summer months, dine al fresco with the setting sun. After supper, sink onto the plump sofas and browse the Smart TV while your worn-out dog snores by the fire. After a day of adventuring, climb into the soft sheets of the three stylish bedrooms consisting of en-suite king, a king size zip and link (can be made into a twin by request) and a final king. Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in the relaxing surroundings with calming green tones and quirky artwork. Completing the property are two bathrooms with gloss tiling and contemporary fixtures. When morning breaks, nosey pups can snuffle in the dew-misted raised beds while you catch some rays with a coffee in hand.

Indulge in a riverside pub lunch in Medieval Rye (3.5 miles) where four-pawed customers are warmly welcomed with dog-friendly kabobs. For intriguing seaside scents aplenty, embark on a blustery saunter along the coastal path from Camber Sands to Rye Harbour (5.5 miles) or sniff out the crumbling ruins of Camber Castle (5 miles).

This was a very nice property lovley and clean , ideally situated close to all amenities. Safe for children and pets as fully enclosed and was not overlooked. We did find the seating all very low and a little uncomfortable the outside furniture was good .

A very comfortable and clean bungalow with spacious private paved areas for relaxing, sun bathing and eating outside. The perimeter was secure, so no worrying about the dog escaping! It would be nice if Camber had a greater variety of eating places but what is there was good quality food, especially the fish and chip shop.

Great spacious location near the beach with private parking (important in camber!). But the cleanliness was only poor: blood stains and colorful spots on the linen and the towels. Couch full of hairs and other remnants, you don't want to sit down. Cupboards are also dirty and the veranda was "natural". That's a shame for this wonderful location, Read morewhich is quiet and cozy. A plus is the garden hose, so we can clean up outdoor seats and tables. Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review. Well investigate this right away to make sure everythings in place for the next guest Hide

Lovely well maintained bungalow, which had everything we needed except there was very little storage for clothes in the main bedroom. The garden had plenty of seating and was very secluded and secure, so great for the children and we were minutes from the beach.

A great cottage really close to the sea and it is really roomy and private. It is an ideal location for exploring the local area and is a short drive to Rye and all of its restaurants.

Beautiful cottage, very short walking distance from the dunes. I have never seen our dog happier. Kitchen is very well set up for cooking and entertaining, with good quality equipment. The garden looked well set up for bbq and sunbathing but the weather didnt play ball. The beach is epic!

Great house in a fantastic location, very close to the beach. We had a dog with us so we were not allowed in the section of beach opposite the property but a short walk in either direction gets you to dog friendly beach. The house is lovely and private with a sunken patio with is a real suntrap. We enjoyed having breakfast outside and also used theRead more barbecue in the evening. The house was lovely and clean and well equipped. If the owners were to upgrade the beds, it would be perfection. Hide

Lovely bungalow and location fantastic - 100 yards to the beach - everything you'd need, and was well equipped. There were a couple of small points which have been pointed out to the owners. Take a few of your own clothes hangers.

The property was beautiful and very clean. It had everything you need, we ate in most nights and found the kitchen well prepared with pots/pans etc. the bathrooms looked like new and the main shower was very powerful. The location was ideal and everything you could need is on your doorstep. The garden/patio area was large enough for the kids to runRead more about on the days too windy for the beach. The ambience of the property was fresh and modern. The newly refurbished garden was beautiful and a relaxing area. Location was very good as a few minutes walk to Camber Sands. And also very close to convenience stores. Appreciated the food goodies that were left for us on our arrival.

Really enjoyed our stay. The property was well located only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a really good Cafe called Camber Landings. There are plenty of good cafes and restaurants close by. The property was clean, bright and stylish. Watch out for the gulls if you eat outside!

My big disappointment was that when I booked many months ago, there was a garden running around the bungalow which I thought would be perfect for my little old dog,but when we arrived it was completely tiled over without a single blade of grass any where! I had to keep taking her outside the gate as she thought she was indoors I think!
