Stepping inside, you''ll be greeted by a bright and airy open-plan kitchen/diner, fully equipped with brand-new appliances to ensure all your culinary needs are met. With ample dining seating, you can savour delicious home-cooked meals together as a family. Beyond this, you''ll find a cosy lounge furnished with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, creating the perfect setting to relax and unwind with Rover at your feet. Upstairs, two enchanting bedrooms await, a king-size and a twin, providing a peaceful retreat for a good night’s sleep. Although there is no dedicated outside space at this property, Harleston Park is 400 metres away with its playgrounds, tennis courts, and cricket pitch, offering fantastic opportunities for outdoor fun and games with your four-legged friend.

Once the old flint bank, this cottage holds special significance as one of only two properties in Harleston built with flint in the 19th century. Positioned near the Norfolk/Suffolk border, the tranquil River Waveney flows close to the village, offering picturesque walks for you and your furry companion to enjoy. Harleston itself is an ancient market town, bustling with activity on Wednesdays. It invites you to explore its delightful array of local cafes, pubs, and shops, with plenty for Fido to investigate along the way. For a day at the seaside, head 20 miles to Southwold or Walberswick, where you will find much of the coastline allows for unrestricted canine access year-round.

Such a beautiful cottage in a gorgeous location. We've had such a perfect stay and would certainly recommend your home. From their son: I liked the town because of the peace and quiet.
