Gather a group for a big holiday in rural Devon. Located between Bude and Exmoor National Park, you’ll be staying in a former farmhouse, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The property is large and can accommodate three dogs, plus a mixed group of friends or two families. Everything is designed to be flexible, so you can have the holiday you deserve.
Walk in and relax in the lounge, which is dual aspect for natural light in the day and has an electric fire for cosy evenings; or try the snug which has a wood burner, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, and it has a coffee machine. Take meals in the spacious dining room, where everyone can eat together. There’s a small conservatory, and a shower room to complete the ground floor. Head upstairs, where there’s a family bathroom, plus a games room where you can get competitive with table football. There are four bedrooms: a super-king-size/twin room with an en-suite; a super-king-size/twin room; a king-size/twin room; and a king-size room. The first three can either be arranged as two separate beds or a large one, depending on your requirements. Finally, you’ll have two gardens, a front and a rear. The rear is secured by a brick wall, and has an outdoor dining area, a BBQ and a fire pit.
The property is 17.5 miles from Bude, which has dog-friendly beaches and seaside bustle, and 15.5 miles from Exmoor National Park, which is great for long walks with dogs and children racing ahead. The nearest town is Launceston, where you can find dog-friendly eateries and shops.
