Gather your loved ones for a mixed holiday in Bude. You’ll have space for a group of friends or a multigenerational family holiday, and you can bring your favourite four-legged canine companions. Spend your days exploring the coast and splashing around with your salty sea dogs, then bubble your troubles away in a spa bath before settling in for a movie night, pups asleep at your feet.
The ground floor of the property has two main areas: the kitchen/diner, which has a patio door and a nice garden view, and is decorated with pops of colour; and the lounge, with a wide window for sunlight and a wood burner for cosy evenings. There’s also a snug, a utility room and a WC. Continue upstairs for the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with a shower over the spa bath. Then there is another double and a flexible bedroom which can either be made up as a twin or a king-size, as you prefer. All bedrooms get plenty of natural light. Finally, there’s a shower room with a WC. To the rear of the cottage, you’ll find a garden enclosed by a wall, with a lawn for your puppies to play, and a dining area and charcoal BBQ for summer evenings.
You’ll be staying 0.5 miles from the centre of Bude, a bustling coastal town with plenty to do. Surfing, shopping and going out to dog-friendly eateries are all on the menu. The closest dog-friendly beach is Summerleaze, 1 mile away, or if you’d like a quiet and picturesque spot, try Duckpool Beach. It’s also dog friendly and overlooked by wildflower-covered cliffs.
