Join friends and family in this paw-friendly holiday home, set on a quiet development in the picturesque village of Crantock. Enjoy countryside walks from your front door, or let Rover lead the way along the coast path to Newquay (2.5 miles). There are some excellent woof-friendly attractions in the area, including Lappa Valley (4.5 miles), where hounds are invited to ride on the steam trains.
The bright and airy property is decorated in calming tones, with hues of blue and aquamarine acting as a gentle reminder of the seaside location. On the ground floor you’ll find an inviting lounge, with comfortable sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), cosy underfloor heating, and a Smart TV for enjoying movie nights together. The open-plan kitchen/diner has everything needed for a self-catering break, and a dining table to seat everyone. This is a great spot for the pup to set up camp, with direct access to the garden. The three stylish bedrooms are upstairs, one of which has an en-suite shower room. Outside, dine alfresco on the raised decked area, whilst your four-legged friend plays on the enclosed lawn below.
The pretty village of Crantock boasts thatched cottages and two friendly pubs. A short walk from the village brings you to the vast, sandy beach, where furry friends are welcome all year. Much of the land surrounding the village is owned by the National Trust, and you’ll find a fabulous network of tracks and trails to explore with your four-pawed walking buddy. Just 2.5 miles along the coast is the seaside resort of Newquay, with its lively bars and restaurants offering plenty of choice for dining out. Many of the town’s iconic beaches – including Watergate Bay and Fistral – welcome woofers all year.
