Set on a quiet lane in the heart of Debenham, this delightful cottage provides a tranquil base for couples and small families to switch off and relax. Enjoy countryside dog walks directly from your front door, or hop in the car to explore the paw-friendly beaches along the coast (within 30 miles). The property has enclosed outdoor areas to the front and rear, providing plenty of space for the pup to burn off steam.

The cottage is warm and welcoming, with a lovely mix of original features and contemporary design. Step through the front door and into the lounge/diner, with a cosy wood burner-effect electric fire. Curl up in the armchair, with the woofer stretched out on the rug, to read a book or watch the Smart TV. A sweet dining table by the window provides a light and bright space for sharing mealtimes together and a small, separate kitchen has been carefully designed to include everything needed to whip up delicious dinners and light snacks. A shower room completes the ground floor. The two bedrooms are upstairs, one of which has a desk area for remote working. Outside, your furry friend has a choice of two enclosed areas to play in (to the front and rear of the cottage) and there’s also a bistro set for outdoor dining.

Pop Rover on a lead and head out into the village for a stroll amongst the fascinating historic buildings, or wander north to explore the unspoilt landscape of The Hoppit Wood and Lake – a popular spot with dog walkers, offering beautiful views across the village. Alternatively, jump in the car and journey 8.5 miles to the ancient market town of Framlingham, to peruse its independent shops and boutiques, or have a good old sniff around the 12th-century castle on the hill.
