This is a nice cottage, very near to the town centre, the only downside was the parking, we really didnt want to pay extra for parking, when wed paid enough for the cottage, we did enjoy our stay there, I would definitely recommend it but would make them aware of the parking situation

Excellent central location. Downside is that traffic noise is disturbing from about 6am at front of property especially the Iceland lorry unloading. Welcomed availability of the binoculars for Peregrine Falcon watching on the church

We were delighted with our holiday cottage. The location in Cromer was perfect for walking to the beach, cafes, shops and other amenities. The living spaces were well equipped, the beds were comfortable, towels soft, the garden was secluded and had nice furniture.

Excellent cottage furnished to a high standard throughout. Excellent location within a couple of minutes from the centre of Cromer. Located on a main road but quiet at night. Cromer itself is lovely. All the usual things you'd find in a seaside town but not terribly crowded when we were there (Easter hols). We planned to take our dog but changed pRead morelans - the cottage did not smell of dog, in case that's a concern for people!! Would definitely recommend staying at this delightful cottage. Hide

A beautiful cottage in a great location. It was easy to find, and unloading outside was easy before finding the nearby car park. Also found on-road free parking a short walk away. The cottage is well equipped with a lovely courtyard garden. Comfy beds, hot showers, great towels. 5 minutes walk to the seafront.

The cottage is in a great location, really convenient for Cromers wonderful independent shops: baker, butcher, and greengrocer all within a few minutes walk. Despite being on a main road it is peaceful and quiet with almost no noise from traffic. It is very clean and has a very cosy living room and a large kitchen.
