For a dog-friendly stay in North Devon, stay at this quirky property in Woolacombe, a delightful seaside village with plenty to offer both human and canine guests. You’ll be 350m from the South West Coast Path, making pet-pleasing walkies a breeze, and surrounded by dog-loving establishments where you can enjoy a quiet pint or a Devon cream tea with your furry friends. The accommodation, a former fish and chip shop, is full of characterful features and with two bedrooms, would suit a family or two couples holidaying together with up to two wet-nosed chums.

Enter the ground-floor apartment and take a moment to admire the vaulted ceilings and original oak beams before popping the kettle on in the sweet and modern kitchen. The lounge area creates a lovely spot for relaxation, perhaps enjoying a film on the Smart TV while your pet nods off at your feet. With open-plan living, this luxury apartment offers the perfect opportunity to spend quality time with your loved ones and doggie pals. A generous number of windows lets plenty of daylight in.

You''ll find a children''s play area just over 150m away, providing a wonderful spot for the little ones to have some fun. On the local beaches, there are plenty of dog-friendly zones, including Barricane Bay (0.5 miles) which welcomes man’s best friend all year round. To take the pets for a good leg stretch, we recommend the 10-mile circular walk from Woolacombe to Baggy Point (4.5 miles), which takes in breath-taking coastal and farmland views, seabirds and wildflowers. The gorgeous Exmoor National Park also starts just 5.5 miles away, offering yet more opportunities to try out the new ball launcher as you explore woodland, moorland and gushing rivers.

What a beautiful home! The decor is stunning, we had a lovely stay, the bathroom is beautiful, with a lovely large bath which is perfect for a relaxing soak after some long walks! The beds are comfy and the sofas. Its great to have a smart tv, and strong wifi throughout the house. The views from upstairs are gorgeous especially on a sunny day!
