Flooded with natural light thanks to the large, arched window, the main living space is a joy to spend time in. Rustle up home-cooked meals and some tasty titbits for the pups in the smart, contemporary kitchen, then gather the pack around the dining table to share good food and conversation. Fill the lounge with laughter and chatter as you mull over your adventures, get comfy on the window seat with a good book, or curl up together to watch a film on the elegant seating. A double room with en suite on this floor and two further bedrooms along with a family bathroom on the ground floor offer plenty of space and some flexible accommodation to suit your pack.

With the award-winning beach just 300 metres away, you’ll hardly notice that this property has no dedicated outdoor space. Best of all, there are only minimal seasonal dog restrictions, so there’s always somewhere for your dogs to run free. You’re spoilt for choice when it comes to walkies too, with the South West Coast Path heading in both directions from the village, and Exmoor National Park just 13 miles away. Plant-loving pups can join their humans in Marwood Hill Gardens (9.5 miles), while cultured canines will love a trip on the Victorian cliff railway at Lynton (21.5 miles).

This property is amazing, in a great location and finished to a high standard. We had a great time. The only issue we had were the parking restrictions around the property. Between 10am and 6pm you can only park outside the property for 1 hour. So that proved a little difficult. We also found that there was no property information inside the properRead morety itself, such as when bins and recycling needed to be put out for collection and also how the heating system worked etc. Hide
