For family occasions or friend reunions, this grand property on the Gower is an excellent choice for those who don’t want to leave their paw-pawed pals at home. Split between the main house and the annexe, there’s plenty of room for everybody to socialise and enjoy a little peace and quiet with their pooches. For a great day out, head to the dog-friendly beach of Rhossili Bay to run, play and relax to your heart’s content.
At the heart of the main house is the open-plan living room/diner, with a plethora of comfortable seating in the form of plush sofas and a large dining table. Large windows frame the beautiful garden view and allow natural light to pour in and brighten the space whilst a smaller, less formal living room is located just next door. The kitchen is complete with a wine fridge, larder and American-style fridge/freezer as well as everything you’ll need to cook up a feast for all of your guests. Three of the bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, decorated in pastel tones with one boasting an en-suite, whilst the other two share a bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor the bedrooms continue, with the master featuring a dressing room and en-suite bathroom adding a splash of luxury to your stay. The two remaining bedrooms benefit from en-suite shower rooms also. Outside the main house is a spacious patio and lawn area where pups can play and you can entertain al fresco around the BBQ and firepit Hot Tub, infra red sauna and outdoor shower.
In addition to the main house, you’ll also have use of the annexe. Featuring a tasteful kitchen and a serene living room, this is a great option for multi-generational families travelling together. The bedrooms in the annexe include a king-size room, a double and a twin, ensuring flexible sleeping options throughout the two properties. Located within the Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you can rest assured that tail-wagging walkies are all around, including the 38-mile Gower Coastal Path, accessible just 3 miles away. For a walk where there will be an abundance of sticks to fetch, Penllergare Valley Woods (10 miles) is the place to be. Hounds and humans will love a trip to Oystermouth Castle (12 miles) or Arthur''s Stone (5 miles) to dig into the local history and sniff out fact from fiction.
