We had a lovely time at the cottage. The watcher wasnt great, but the comfort of the cottage made up for poor weather as we spent more time inside than we would have done if the weather had been good. This holiday home is in a quiet, peaceful location but in the heart of the village of Mundesley. The beach is within a 5 minute walk with lots of local walks nearby. The accommodation has a super king bed which is one of the things we were looking for. Its advertised as a king but is massive. The owners live next door and were there if you need them but you dont see them otherwise. Theres an enclosed, secure dog friendly garden where our lab was really happy. Theres a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer for convenience - a home from home. Weve had a fantastic stay. Thank you. Hide

Wonderful property which is extremely well appointed and equipped, I'm in love with Agas again! Parking area not advisable for larger vehicles (eg: larger estate or SUV models) as difficult to manoeuvre. Otherwise great stay!
