You’ll feel immediately at home as soon as you step through the front door of this cosy property. Pops of yellow contrast against cool tones of grey and blue to create a lovely living space, with chairs and a sofa for relaxation, as well as a gas wood burner which is perfect for the winter months. The kitchen is similarly styled, with a fun feature backsplash inspiring creativity whilst cooking up a feast for the family. Just a few steps away is a natural wood dining table with seating for four, or the decked garden area has a lovely set of outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. The first of the bedrooms is an elegant double, tastefully decorated and inspired by days at the seaside. In addition, a twin bedroom with a single over a double ensures flexibility in the sleeping arrangements, suitable for both adults and children. Completing the property is an ocean-inspired family shower room. Outside, the lawned garden is a great place for pups to run and play whilst you sit and watch the sunset.
Less than a mile from your doorstep is Eccles Beach, where humans and hounds are welcomed onto the fine sands all year round to have a ball. A short walk away is Happisburgh Lighthouse where the views are sublime, a perfect spot to stop off for a picnic. 2 miles away in Sea Palling you’ll find a selection of dog-friendly pubs for a little treat.
