Take a break with the whole gang at this inviting cottage on the outskirts of the lovely seaside village of Abersoch. Sleeping up to six people across three bedrooms and welcoming one canine companion across the main house and annexe, this is an ideal holiday accommodation option for families or groups of friends who wish to discover the beautiful North Wales coast together. During the day, take your pup for long walks along Quarry Beach – it’s dog-friendly all year round – and in the evening, come home to the property’s spacious patio garden, fire up a BBQ and dine alfresco while your pup runs free in the enclosed space.
Step inside and you’ll instantly feel at home in the bright and airy open-plan living/dining area. Sink into the sofa and take a moment to relax before heading to the chic kitchen to whip up some dinner for your loved ones. Enjoy your culinary masterpieces at the elegant dining table, or head out to the garden patio to dine alfresco while your dog plays on the lawn. After dinner, head to the living area to stretch out on the sofa in front of the TV or lose yourself in a good book in the quaint window seat. At the end of the day, head upstairs and you’ll find two lovely bedrooms - one king-size and one twin - both with far-reaching views out towards St Tudwal’s Islands. There’s another king-size in the cottage’s separate annexe, which is accessed through the garden from the kitchen.
Take your pups for a walk in the grounds of Criccieth Castle (16 miles), a ruined 13th-century fortress built on a rocky cliff overlooking Tremadog Bay. Alternatively, take a leisurely stroll down Llanbedrog Beach (4 miles), which is dog-friendly all year round.
