Inside, this two-storey family home is light and airy with a subtle nautical theme in the decor. With a double range oven, your chosen chef will love preparing home-cooked meals and some tasty titbits for your contented canine in the handsome fitted kitchen. Then gather the pack in the formal dining room for memorable mealtimes, or dine alfresco on the paved patio in the back garden. The generous lounge offers a choice of seating to sink into to watch a film or plan the following day’s adventures in comfort. Four bedrooms await upstairs ranging from a spacious king-size master bedroom to a cute bunk room, perfect for the little ones. A family bathroom and en-suite shower room complete the accommodation.

Get the sand between your paws as you set out to find your favourite beach on the Gower Peninsula. While some beaches, including Caswell Bay and Langland Bay, have seasonal dog restrictions, your pup can run free year-round on beautiful beaches such as Three Cliffs Bay (6.5 miles) and Rhossili Bay (15.5 miles). Cultured canines can accompany you around Oystermouth Castle (1.5 miles) and along the prom and pier at Mumbles (2.5 miles). Inland, explore myth and legend at King Arthur’s Stone (11.5 miles), while your pup sniffs out rabbits.

The property was in a good location and was a nice house. However, the windows were dirty, there was a bag of potatoes left in the cupboard that were sprouting, there was popcorn in the bedsheets when we hadnt eaten any popcorn! There were no mattress protectors on two of the beds and yellow stains on the mattress. There were dead daffodils in a vaRead morese on the windowsill in the kitchen. There were no plugs in the bathroom sinks upstairs. Outside on the decking two of us slipped and fell over because it was so slippery out there - this was due to the decking not being cleaned in combination with the rain. One of our children fell on the stairs inside too as it was so slippy on the wooden floor. There was no welcome pack provided with any information about the local area or how to use any appliances in the house. In general, while it was a nice house it felt like the level of cleanliness could have been better. We appreciated the toys and games as our children enjoyed them. Hide

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. This property gives you great access to the local beaches and the mumbles. The property was also clean and had everything we needed. The back yard is a decent size too with a dining table, some garden lounge furniture and a decking area that catches the early evening sun.

Lovely house - large enough for 6 of us without falling over each other - residential area, but short walk to Langland and Caswell Bay and short drive to other attractions of Swansea. Gemma comes back on all queries quickly and is extremely helpful

This property is amazing, with three large bedrooms, one with an En-suit, the childrens bedroom has a very cute bunk bed that any child would love to sleep in. my granddaughter loved that room.

Nice house in a residential estate, well furnished, comfortable and very clean. Four bedrooms giving a mix of beds giving plenty of choice for sleeping arrangements. Well equipped kitchen and nice touch with a selection of tea/coffee provided to start you off. We arrived early so asked if it was ok to enter property early, owner quickly confirm thiRead mores was ok. Local bus passes the property although we didn't need to use it. We were there to spend a weekend relaxing and enjoying the area, we were not disappointed but would have liked to spend longer there, perhaps next time. A lovely comfortable home in a quiet spot. Plenty of space for our family not to feel we were tripping over each other. Close to Caswell Bay, although if you venture down late afternoon in winter probably best to take a torch for the walk back up as no pavements. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if we all return one day.

A great house, perfect for little ones with things like a stair gate easy to install on arrival if needed. House was very clean and ideal location, literally a 2 min drive to caswell bay. Its a walkable steep hill but didnt fancy it with 2 young children!! Hope to stay again one day

Lovely home to stay in, really spacious with loads of seating indoors and out. The area was fab - definitely want to return. We especially enjoyed Caswell Bay and Rhosili beach. The Mumbles was surprisingly trendy and we had good meals at both Pierre Bistro and Castellamere (great views), plus we booked a tour around Oystermouth Castle.

Perfect location for visits to some of the most beautiful bays and beaches we have ever seen in the UK. We very much enjoyed our stay at Caswell Holiday Cottage. Downstairs is a good size with comfortable sofas, large dining table and well equipped kitchen. All the beds are very comfortable. The cottage is in a good location with a 10 minute walk down to the beautiful Caswell Bay (quite a steep climb back up with no pavement in some parts!).
