Treat yourselves to a stay in this gorgeous Gothic chapel and take your delighted dog with you. Sleeping six guests, the pup-friendly retreat offers unique accommodation with a wealth of original features and a lawned garden where Rover can run off his energy. Situated on the fringes of Mumbles and the Gower Peninsula, this is a holiday home that Rover and his humans will fall in love with.
Enter via the striking, arched doorway to find yourselves in an open-plan lounge/diner, with a vaulted ceiling. Lay a fire in the wood burner in here as Rover explores. Head over to the lounge corner to unwind on the sofas in front of the Smart TV. Call your pup through another archway to feed him in the kitchen and start chopping and peeling for your own dinner, then sit down to grand feasts at the table in the lounge/diner. Afterwards, settle Rover for the night, before heading off to bed. One of your bedrooms, a king-size bedroom, is also downstairs, together with a family shower room. A second king-size, with an en-suite bathroom, is on the first floor, along with a twin bedroom and a family bathroom, with a free-standing bath. Take your chum out into the enclosed, lawned garden whenever you are at home and sit out here yourselves as the sun goes down on summer evenings. Parking is on the street, subject to availability.
Head off from the chapel to see the ruins of Oystermouth Castle, 1 mile away, where Rover can accompany you through the grounds. Take him with you to Mumbles Pier, 2 miles away, too. Here he can pad out along the walkway and is allowed on the private beach. For a larger beach, try beautiful Three Cliffs, 6.5 miles away, which is dog-friendly at any time.
