This fantastic property overlooks pretty Leiston Abbey and gives a warm welcome to your entire family – including your loyal canine companion. Sleeping six over three spacious bedrooms, this contemporary property has lots of different interior levels that create an interesting and sociable living space. Spend quality time together in the bright and airy open-plan living area, or enjoy family walkies along the public footpaths from RSPB Minsmere (3.5 miles).

You’re welcomed in the moment that you step through the door of this fabulous detached property. Floor-to-ceiling windows and plush seating in rich tones in the living area beckon you to sink into them in front of the TV, the pup by your feet. This double-height room gives it a real indulgent feel and is flooded with light. Down a couple of steps from the living area, cook up a storm in the contemporary kitchen and dine at the table, or head outside to the garden to dine alfresco. There’s also a BBQ out here if you fancy sizzling up a feast. Peaceful neutrals in the two twin rooms on this floor will lull you to sleep; these rooms can be made up as king-size and super-king size beds on request. A sleek shower room also features on the ground floor. Climb the stairs to the mezzanine to overlook the living area; catch up on some emails at the desk or read a book in the chair here. The stunning king-size bedroom and fresh and bright bathroom complete this gorgeous property.

Head just 2.5 miles to Sizewell Beach, famed for its power station, or travel a little further to sandy Walberswick (14 miles). Framlingham Castle (12.5 miles) offers a great family day out, with plenty of grounds to explore and spectacular countryside views from the wall walk. Everyone will love the bizarre attractions at Southwold’s Under the Pier Show (13.5 miles), and you’ll find the pup is welcome in plenty of pubs and shops in town.

Lovely ultra modern house but a few things could be added to make it safe rubber shower mat and hand rails are just a couple not really suitable for anyone in a wheelchair as there are two steps from the hallway to the lounge/diner so if you cant walk a little then this property is not for you.We found it very close to lots of nice places about 30 Read moreminutes away so never needed to spend hours in the car. There is a lovely patio to enjoy BBQs with a large table and bench with chairs and cushions in a cupboard so plenty room for everyone.This was our second visit in 4 weeks and we did have a great time and will recommend.
