Just north of the vibrant resort of Newquay, the property provides ample space for up to four guests, with room for a canine companion to come along too. Featuring a reverse-level layout, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and a private balcony offering views towards the beach, this delightful retreat is a perfect getaway for beach lovers and walkers discovering the region’s stunning coastline and glorious countryside.

Entering this cheerful and inviting property, head straight upstairs and directly into the light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The central dining table is perfect for sharing delicious meals you can prepare in the fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has a Smart TV, comfortable seating and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening out onto a charming balcony with picturesque views. Returning to the ground floor you will find an elegant family bathroom and two stylish bedrooms: a cheerful twin and a lovely en-suite king-size room with full-length glass sliding doors to the garden. Outside, the enclosed garden has outdoor furniture and makes a lovely spot for a BBQ with your four-legged friend enjoying the sun. The nearby Porth Beach welcomes dogs between October and April, with all-year-round pet-friendly beaches at Watergate Bay (1.5 miles) and Fistral (4 miles). Newquay (1.5 miles) has a range of great places to eat and drink, many of them welcome dogs – your four-legged friend can also take a boat trip out to sea with you. Your pet can join you inland to take a trip on the Lappa Valley Steam Railway, or explore popular attractions including Trenance Gardens, Wheal Martyn Clay Works and Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm, all within 16 miles.

Property was excellent. Location was perfect, everything you needed was in the house. We went with our 2 dogs owners had left treats and bowls. We would be visiting again.

A tiny bit restricted by other properties but the beach is clearly visible as well as a view of the countryside and the coast in the distance.

Super apartment brilliantly located close to the beach. Highly recommend this well equipped, comfortable and dog friendly accommodation.

We loved the ceiling speaker system! Defo need to shout about that. Good sized kitchen/living area. Comfy sofas, dining area was plenty big enough. The entire house was spotless on arrival, underfloor heating a massive bonus. The AstroTurf was a hit with the dogs, meant the house stayed clean and mud free. Very secure too. We found very little Read morefault and cant wait to book again. Previous reviews spoke negatively about the parking but if you just reverse into the space theres no issue. Location was literally 2 minutes walk down to the beach. Perfect for a quick dog walk in the morning. Thanks for a great stay! Hide

Lovely house in a great location. The house itself is lovely and had everything we needed, views were great and easy access to local pub and beach via a short walk. Porth beach was great for the dogs who loved it! The parking was a bit difficult getting in and out of as we have an SUV, it was fine but if there had been 3 other cars in the other spaRead moreces I think I would have found it very difficult. Having said that I would re-book this house as it wasnt a massive issue. Would highly recommend this property. Hide

Well appointed accommodation that is in a prime beach location. The bathrooms and furnishings are spot on. Parking is located at the side of the building, not visible from within the property.
