This sweet little cottage made for two stands on a quiet residential street within 0.5 miles of Holt Country Park and within easy reach of the charming fishing villages, seaside towns and beaches that line the Norfolk Coast AONB. Offering open-plan living areas, attractive outdoor space and room for a four-footed friend, it is perfect for a small family with an active agenda.  Magical Spout Hills is just 100m from your door - ideal for little paws or feet to explore the many paths, streams and woodland.

Beautifully appointed over two floors, with flashes of colour adorning the floors, walls and soft furnishings throughout, the cottage enjoys a vibrant, comfortable feel. Prepare to get cosy in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, complete with terracotta floor tiles, the setting for creating and devouring long breakfasts, hearty dinners and film nights in front of the wood burner. Take a warming shower in the colourful ground floor bathroom before bedtime, which can be as long as you want in either the king-size bedroom or single bedroom. Relax out in the enclosed courtyard with morning coffee, afternoon podcasts or nightcaps close to hand.

Situated on the edge of the Norfolk Coast AONB, Holt (0.5 miles) is a well-known antiques centre and its historic streets are crammed with independent shops, galleries, dog-friendly pubs and eateries. Explore 100 acres of mixed woodland on foot in either Holt Natural Springs or Holt Country Park (both within 0.5 miles). The dog-friendly beaches that punctuate the North Norfolk coastline are a sight to behold, just like the seals which can be viewed from the boats which navigate around Blakeney Point (5.5 miles).

The cottage is in an ideal location but tucked away less than a minute from Holts main high street. The cottage itself is compact but there was plenty of room for the two of us, comfy sofa, bedroom has a lovely bed and with plenty of storage space with hangers. Bathroom was a good size for the cottage. The parking space is just across the road fRead morerom the cottage which leads to a lovely open green space ideal for dog walking. Hide

Pineapple Cottage was very well situated for local amenities, private parking just across the road from cottage and also a park 1 minute walk from cottage! Lovely little cosy cottage

We found the location ideal for walking into Holt and visiting local attractions and the wider area. The property was extremely clean and the beds very comfortable. Everything in the property review before booking was very accurate. We have no problem recommending this property and would certainly stay again.

The cottage was very nice and in a great location, just minutes from Holt High St. The cottage itself was very comfortable amd the bedding was lovely. It stated in the details that the courtyard garden was enclosed, which it wasn't, so not completely safe for our dog. Also the hot water on the shower was temperamental.
