This attractive bungalow in the picturesque coastal village of Morfa Nefyn is a quiet retreat for three pups and a family or group of friends looking to explore the splendid Llyn Peninsula. Let your pup lead the way to the spectacular sandy beach (0.5 miles) or follow the National Trust’s Porthdinllaen Marine Trail (0.5 miles) for stunning views in all directions along a splinter of land.
This attractive single-storey property has a calming living room with soft pastel tones and hints of bold colours throughout. Drop onto one of the comfortable sofas or relax on a chair in front of the flickering electric fire. Your dogs will love to join you as they choose their favourite spots for a nap. Head to the kitchen/dining area, which is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and a breakfast bar for socialising. Eat together at the wooden dining table, which sits next to a window that lets in plenty of natural light. There are three bedrooms: a king-size with patio doors that open onto the garden, a double and a twin. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower. Patio doors in the living room lead to the garden at the front of the house, which has a lawned area. To the rear is a lawned garden with a patio and outdoor table and chairs. Fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco or sneak away to the bench at the side of the bungalow for quiet moments.
Head out and explore with your sea dogs at Llanbedrog Beach (9.5 miles). Your canine companions are welcome on the beach all year. However, from 1 April to 30 September, you are reminded to keep them on a lead in the main beach area. At Aberdesach (14 miles) you’ll find a lovely 5-mile walk along the path at the foot of the Gyrn Goch and Gyrn Ddu mountains to Trefor. Alternatively, the picturesque village of Aberdaron (12 miles) offers a lovely sandy beach and plenty of water sports. Four paws are always welcome on the beach to the left of the slipway.
