This light-filled holiday bungalow is located within the Georgian village of Burnham Market. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to six humans and two dogs, so is ideal for a family or group of friends seeking a scenic holiday with their pet. With three doggie-friendly beaches within 6 miles, you’ll have plenty of stick-throwing spots nearby and also be perfectly positioned to discover the charming seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea (6 miles).

Offering modern open-plan living, this attractive home has a stylish lounge/kitchen/diner with dual-aspect windows letting plenty of daylight in. Enjoy evenings in snuggled up on the inviting sofas, perhaps lighting up the cosy gas fire so Fido can warm his fur while you get lost in a film on the Smart TV. The attractive kitchen has vibrant blue units and a breakfast bar for snacks and coffee. Outside and down some steps, you’ll have a patio for enjoying al fresco dinners while your pet finds a shady spot for a snooze. There’s also a shared garden with a well-preened appearance, for socialising with other guests if you’re in the mood.

In the surrounding area, you’ll have excellent independent shops and welcoming dog-friendly pubs within 0.5 miles of the property. There are several great spots nearby for taking the dog for her morning walk, such as Thorpe Common (1.5 miles) and the scenic Norfolk Coastal Path (2 miles). The nearest beaches at Burnham Overy Staithe (3.5 miles), Holkham (5 miles) and Brancaster (6 miles) are all wonderful locations for your pet to let off some steam, and unlike some beaches in the area have no dog restrictions at all.

This was a well positioned base for us. Cottage was spotless and had lots of space for us. We would echo other comments about quantity of glassware and lack of hot tub use but otherwise we thought this was good value for money break. Despite the above we enjoyed our break. The site was quiet, well kept with neat grounds. Bed was comfortable.

Lovely accommodation in nice surroundings in a good area for local amenities and dog walks. Ideal for our multi generational holiday. More glasses and china needed, but we managed. Would be nice if the hot tub was in use for price paid. In all though, we enjoyed a lovely family holiday at Briargate 35

Lovely lodge, situated perfectly in Burnham Market. Good pubs & restaurants in easy walking distance. Lots of walks close by, along with Holkham Hall, Wells and other stunning villages.

Lodge 35 Beautifully decorated , very comfortable, spacious and well equipped had a great few days there. Good location but not travelling with a dog that requires long walks from your door. There is a small convenience store in the village (pricey) but well stocked. The next large supermarket is miles away.
