This cosy one-storey lodge is part of a complex of holiday homes in the charming Georgian village of Burnham Market. It’s located within the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with gorgeous walking trails leading from your front door and three dog-friendly beaches within 6 miles. This accommodation sleeps up to four humans over two bedrooms, so is ideal for one or two couples or a small family.

A clean and bright decor awaits inside this modern bungalow, which offers comfortable and spacious open-plan living, including a kitchen with attractive cream units. In the spacious living area, dual-aspect windows let plenty of light in, and there’s a Smart TV with Alexa for all your entertainment needs. After long days of exploring, sink into one of the sofas for a cosy night in while your tired-out pets doze by the electric fire nearby. Through the French doors, take one step down to reach your private patio where you can relax with a book with your pet at your feet.

In Burnham Market, you can discover independent shops and enjoy a pint at the doggie-welcoming pub (0.5 miles). The dogs will be keen to take you on an early-morning walk to the nearby Thorpe Common (1.5 miles), or along the pretty Norfolk Coastal Path (2 miles). As for those three beaches we mentioned, you’ll find them at Burnham Overy Staithe (3.5 miles), Holkham (5 miles) and Brancaster (6 miles). At Wells-next-the-Sea (6 miles) you can wander around the scenic quay and enjoy a bag of chips on the seafront (saving a couple for your pets, naturally!).

I couldn't really fault this property. It was welcoming on arrival, very comfortable and had everything we required for a good holiday. The location is good and the site was well maintained with parking alongside the property.
