Accommodating up to four guests, it’s an ideal sanctuary for a small family or couple along with one furry friend. Just 500m away, you can join the Wales Coast Path and follow wonderful walking trails directly through the bay – combine that with the enclosed patio and cosy electric fire, and your four-legged companion will think all her Christmases have come at once!

The semi-detached accommodation radiates warmth and elegance, with tasteful decorative touches and a gentle colour scheme. As you enter, head into the cosy open-plan living space, complete with comfy seating. A Smart TV is on hand for family film viewings, while a flame-effect electric fire keeps you all cosy – and creates an ideal spot for your dog to nap after a day of adventure. The sleek kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare delightful meals. There are two bedrooms, each decorated with a hint of the seaside. Notably, the twin room provides direct access to the backyard, allowing easy in-and-out for your dog. The backyard is excellent for al fresco dinners, perhaps sizzled up on the BBQ provided.

You’ll find plenty to do nearby – the captivating 3-mile stretch from Limeslade Bay (500m) to Caswell Bay (2.5 miles) is especially appealing for dog walks. Along this path, discover stunning sculptures that are part of a coastal art trail and the picturesque green and white Victorian beach huts of Langland Bay (1.5 miles). Just 0.5 miles in the opposite direction lies the secluded Bracelet Bay, a serene pebbly beach ideal for picnics with breath-taking views towards the Mumbles Lighthouse. Aadref is a beautiful bolt hole from which to explore the wondeful beaches and assets of Swansea Bay and the Gower Peninsular. The cottage is all on a single level and very modern and well appointed. The walk in shower is fantastic and the open plan kitchen, diner and living room means that no-one is left out at any time. The staff are super weRead morelcoming (particularly Jo, our server on the day) and have specific bar areas where dogs are allowed. I cannot reccomend Aadref enough for holidays or short breaks, it is a cosy retreat, providing an excellent base for exploring one of the most beautiful coast lines and beaches in the UK (IMHO) Hide

Cottage was nice and cosy. Close to all amenities and not too far from several beautiful beaches for the dog to run about in.
