Discover the North Norfolk Coast from this stylish coastal home, tailor-made for big family gatherings with a canine companion in tow. From the back gate, you and your trusty hound can step straight onto the clifftop path and wander towards Beeston Bump, where sweeping sea views reward every stride.
Head inside to find a practical porch where muddy boots, leads and towels can be left to dry, alongside a handy cloakroom. The main living area is warm and inviting, with two sofas gathered around a wood burner and light streaming through multiple windows – a lovely spot to settle down while Rover basks in the heat of the fire. The kitchen gives plenty of room to prepare hearty meals, served around the dining table seating six. Also on the ground floor is a second snug sitting room with a sofa and armchair, plus doors opening onto the patio. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, along with a family bathroom with bath and shower. The garden annexe is home to the final king-size bedroom, complete with its own rainfall shower room, giving guests here extra privacy away from the main house. Outside, two garden areas stretch out behind the property. One has patio furniture and a BBQ for outdoor suppers, while the grassy areas give children and hounds somewhere to potter and play. A garden shed provides a tumble dryer and extra chairs. Private parking for two cars is provided.
The seaside town of Sheringham is 1 mile away, with a beach for salty strolls, sea fishing, a golf course and plenty of places to eat where Fido will be welcome too. Dogs are restricted on the central section of Sheringham Beach from 1 May to 30 September but can join you year-round on the western and eastern ends. Alternatively, take the lead and visit Blakeney Point to see the resident seals, or plan a day out to Holt (18 miles) to browse independent shops, sample paw-positive cafes and refresh in pup-friendly pubs.
