Located in the heart of Sheringham, this gorgeous holiday home offers comfy accommodation just 150 metres from the beach. You’ll be within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, creating plenty of opportunities for doggie-pleasing adventures across sand dunes, farmland and gorgeous woodland. The gorgeously decorated property has room for up to six guests and one dog, so is just right for a family or a group of friends.

The cottage, accessed via some steps within a tidy front garden, has a gorgeous brick-and-stone facade. You’ll enter into a cosy sitting room with inviting sofas, a Smart TV, and a lovely sash window. Within a brick fireplace, there’s a cosy wood burner where your pet will adore warming her fur on chilly evenings. Throughout the accommodation, sea-themed artwork and artefacts are dotted around, creating a welcoming space for your group to relax in. The kitchen/diner has all the equipment you need for creating mouthwatering holiday meals, plus a beautifully presented dining area with French doors leading out to your private garden. On warm evenings, you can create some dog-tantalising smells on the BBQ and really make the most of this space, which features a raised deck and furniture plus plenty of foliage for shady canine snoozes.

When it’s time to head out, you’ll have shops, a dog-welcoming pub and fish-and-chip shops all within 300 metres. The National Trust site at Sheringham Park (2.5 miles), a landscape park and woodland garden with miles of stunning coastal views, is ideal for exploring with your pet. A trip along the North Norfolk Railway (0.5 miles) is a must for some cute pictures of your pet on a steam train, which takes you through the stunning coastal countryside to Holt (7.5 miles).

An exceptionally well-equipped, clean and cosy cottage in a great location. Absolutely perfect for our New Year get-away. Good walks from the doorstep, stones throw from the beach. Wonderful restaurant No.10, less than 10 minutes walk.

This is a very clean, comfortable cottage and is well equipped. The beds are comfy and the lounge cosy. It's near to all the amenities Sheringham has to offer and the small parking area at the rear for one possibly 2(small) cars is helpful albeit accessible down a rather narrow terraced street. Great property. Received lots of text and email notifications about arrival day but none mentioned that the parking was to the rear of the property and that I needed to drive into a separate street to access it. So it was quite confusing on arrival and we were eventually told by someone in the neighbouring property as to where the parking was. WhRead moreen found it was a great off street space that we could view and access from a gate in the back garden so no problem there. Hide

Easy booking, concise information, easy to use website. One thing you may like to mention to potential customers or indeed once they have booked, is how to get to the car parking space at the rear of the property on arrival.
