Dine alfresco on the enclosed terrace of this picturesque cottage, enjoying tranquil rural views as your faithful friends play nearby. Sleeping seven in three bedrooms, it’s ideal for larger groups and welcomes two mutts for adventures in the loughs and mountains all around.
The cottage is furnished in a comfortable, traditional style, with an open-plan living space that makes for sociable times together, whoever’s doing the cooking. There’s room on the floor for your pet’s food and water bowls, and all mod cons are ready and waiting for you to conjure up delicious human meals. Dine at the farmhouse-style table and, after supper, gather around the open fire on the comfortable leather seating, with your mutts snoring contentedly at your feet. When bedtime beckons, say goodnight to your hounds and head to the three bedrooms. One is very spacious and boasts an en-suite shower room; through it, you can reach another, small double room (with one side of the bed against the wall). The third double bedroom also has a single bed, making it perfect for little ones. There’s a separate family shower room. Head out onto the gravelled patio with your four-pawed pals and they’ll be able to romp around safely while you pour a sundowner or serve an al fresco meal, relishing the views across the lough.
The cottage is located within an impressive area studded with gorgeous scenery, just 1.5 miles from the busy market town of Moville, with its great choice of shops, pubs and places to eat. From here, you can wander along the 1.5-mile beach walk to Ballybrack, taking in the incredible views of Lough Foyle and the mountains of County Kerry.
