You’ll find further eateries, along with independent shops and friendly pubs in the nearby town of Charleville (5 miles). On a sunny day, the shady woodland walks at Ballinaboola Woods (12.5 miles) will be perfect for your furry friend. For keen anglers, the River Maigue (3 miles) and Lough Gur (14 miles) are within easy reach. There are also some lovely walking trails to explore around Lough Gur.
