The traditional farmhouse offers a warm welcome, with gorgeous original features, antique-style furniture, and homely touches throughout. The bright and airy kitchen/diner is the perfect spot to set up the dog beds, with hard flooring and direct access to the garden. Whip up tasty meals for the group in the charming kitchen area to share in the dining space, where big windows overlook the garden. In the evenings, gather in the cosy lounge to watch a film on the TV/DVD, whilst Rover and Fido stretch out in front of the open fire. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor, with the remaining bedrooms upstairs. A family bathroom with a Jacuzzi-style bath completes the accommodation. Outside, dine alfresco on the patio, where you’ll find furniture and a BBQ. After dinner, enjoy a relaxing walk with your waggy-tailed pals through the wooded garden and past the pretty stream (children and dogs must be accompanied at all times near the water). There is private parking for one car.
The picturesque fishing village of Portmagee has a good range of paw-friendly pubs and cafes.
