Surrounded by picturesque views across Waterford Harbour that’ll certainly set tails wagging, this family-friendly secluded lodge enjoys countless walks beginning from the doorstep. It’s a perfect base for uncovering the coast of County Wexford with your canine companions.

The setting of this retreat is very special, offering an unforgettable and restful holiday by the sea. At the end of a long walk, step inside and retire to the rustic kitchen to whip up some tasty treats for the whole family. Follow the warmth of the roaring wood burner into the spacious lounge/diner to sit back, unwind and admire tail-wagging views through the abundance of picture windows from the comfort of the sofa or the farmhouse-style dining table. Leave your four-pawed pal to snooze as you retreat to any of the three handsome bedrooms for a peaceful rest before tomorrow’s adventure. There’s one double with an additional single bed, one twin, and one single bedroom on offer. The family bathroom provides everything you need to feel refreshed. Outside, your pup will have a ball exploring the local scenic coastal walks with you that begin from the doorstep. There is private parking at the property.

There are plenty of ball-throwing opportunities to enjoy in this remote seaside spot, with plenty of scenic tracks and trails awaiting to be explored on foot or two wheels if your four-pawed pal can keep up. Your pup will go mutts for the salty smells of the pebbled beach on your doorstep, accessed by footpath at the end of the garden. Take the lead to the gloriously golden sands and gentle tide of Duncannon Beach, half a mile away, which is dog-friendly all year round. Sniff out some of this area’s best local produce with your canine companion in tow amongst the boutiques, quirky shops, cafes and restaurants of the oldest city in Ireland, Waterford, 10 miles away.

Toilet does not work, runs constantly. Kitchen taps drip constantly. Ants/termites in passsge ceiling. Lacks general Maintainance
