We loved our stay at The Old School House. House is Unique and Remote, which is what we were looking for. It was a quiet place to relax after a day of touring the countryside. We loved the charm of the old building and the history behind it. Owner was very accommodating. Home had everything we needed. I would just say to anyone not familiar witRead moreh the area or Irish countryside roads that the road in is a single lane and to be cautious, though in our seven days stay we only encountered the issue once, there is the potential to meet oncoming traffic. We will book again if open in our next visit. Hide

This is a great quirky place to stay and escape the world. John was very welcoming when we arrived and made sure we knew all there was to know about the place. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and our kids loved to hide and seek in its many nooks.

Cottage situated down a long, single track which was used by other people. The plus side - very quiet and secluded. The down side : very difficult to pass other road users should you meet them.
