This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this cottage and we really love it! The property is clean and well equipped. There are plenty of games, books and puzzles in the cupboard and the kitchen has a big range of utensils and equipment. The cottage is all on one level and one of the ensuite bathrooms has a walk in shower so it is helpful for Read moreanyone with mobility issues. The cottage is in a nice quiet location and the fenced off garden has a table and chair set, from which you can listen to the lovely birdsong around. It is also in a great location to visit the coast and nearby attractions. We were met with a beautiful gift basket and milk left in the fridge on arrival. We would definitely visit again and highly recomend it. Hide

Approached along a private drive, the small complex of one large house attached to three bungalows makes for a secluded, quiet hide-away. With it's own parking space, a short walk brings you to the fenced garden area, which in turn overlooks a larger grassed area suitable for games or larger dog exercise area. There is garden furniture if you want Read moreto sit out. The bungalow is open-plan, with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table and tv as you enter on the left, dining table, chairs and dresser in the centre and a very well-equipped kitchen to the right. The two bedrooms are accessed from here. One has a low sleigh type king-sized bed, wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite with a slipper type bath. The second bedroom was made up as a super-king, but could be two singles. The en-suite to this has a shower. There is also a large wardrobe, which contained a chest of drawers. Items such as hairdryers, iron, ironing board, vacuum and cloths airer also provided. The kitchen has a fridgefreezer, microwave, oven and hob, washer, toaste, kettle and Nespresso machine. As the properties are adjacent, you can see neighbours if they are in the garden. It is a lovely, quiet, dark sky location. Hide

Really lovely cottage. Both bedrooms were a good size and plenty of storage for clothes etc. Kitchen is well equipped and the lounge area is cosy. The whole place has a walm and safe feel. It's also very quiet and the secure garden is a nice area to sit in. Position of Rollesby is great for exploring the whole area as it's just a short drive to theRead more coast and a short drive to local villages or small towns and the many Broads to walk around. The Waterside for lunch or tea is lovely as well as the boathouse for dinner. Both just around the corner. You do need a car to get about but that is probably a given! Oh, currently no shaver point in the bathrooms, so bring an adapter with you. Great communication with the owner and clear instructions and recommendations provided. Thanks for a lovely week. Hide
