An elegant escape brimming with sophisticated coastal flair, nestled in a leafy corner of Brixham on the South Devon Coast. This inviting hideaway is an ideal base for small families or friends plus a couple of tufty-pawed travellers. Enjoy a blustery afternoon scamper along the emerald clifftops of the Berry Head peninsula (2.5 miles), then curl up for a snooze on the patio while the humans rustle up an al fresco spread.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Lanterns lights & 'luminations, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Teignmouth Air show, Devon County Show.

This sleek property features a crisp interior with clean lines, neutral colours, abstract oil canvases, and vibrant accent tones. Venture into the open-plan kitchen/diner and prepare an extra meaty meal for your hungry hounds. Prep supper perched beneath the industrial hanging lights in the dark wood kitchen then gather the pack for an evening of festivities in the contemporary dining space. A very well appointed cottage in a good location for getting out and about. Not really sitting out weather during our stay, but the outside facilities were also excellent. The bedding and mattresses need changing.

Fantastic location. Clean and light. Loved the privacy in the garden. This was my second year at Compass Rose, and today I booked a week for next year. Therefore, three holidays in a row, says it all. Love Compass Rose. Perfect for me.

Property location excellent, ideally situated for visiting Dartmouth, Brixham and Buckfastleigh. Property well maintained with private rear and side garden. As dog owners front garden would benefit from having a divide between adjacent property and gates. Outside shower perfect for our dog. Very comfortable beds, very clean and nice modern decor. Compass Rose is a modern bungalow in a quiet neighbourhood, about half an hour from Brixham Harbour. Our stay was comfortable, and we appreciated being able to charge our electric car at the house. The fully enclosed garden was perfect for our dog to roam freely, which we all loved.

Nice little spot, couldnt fault the cleanliness (despite comments in previous reviews). A bit further from town than wed have ideally liked, would make for a long walk down to the harbour and back up the hill. But the area was nice and quiet, apart from the odd seagull.

Nicely renovated bungalow, in a quiet area, a 30 minute walk from the centre of Brixham. Well equipped but sofas were a little small for comfort. Convenient off road parking with space to store bikes. Overall, a nice place to stay if you're happy to stay out of the centre of the town.

After many unanswered calls and failed attempted live chats (no one was ever on) I finally got an answer and was told no code would be needed to use the EV charger.
