This stylish townhouse for ten is an ideal getaway for multi-generational family gatherings or large groups of friends (plus a small dog). Its position in central Tenby means you’re within easy reach of stunning beaches, charming shops and a variety of places to eat and drink. Suitable for up to 8 adults and 2 children only.

Four floors of luxurious rooms, many of them with partial sea views, are yours to enjoy in this gorgeous property. On the ground floor, the beautifully designed kitchen leads directly through to a dining room with a table for ten and, after supper, the welcoming snug is a great place for a sociable gathering. The handsome main lounge is on the first floor, where there’s also a double bedroom, plus a bathroom with a Victorian-style roll-top bath, while on the second floor you’ll find two further bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, and the second, modern bathroom. Head upstairs again for two further bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite WC, and a room with three single beds. The top floor is a great space for the younger members of the group: a chill-out room with bean bag chairs, a Smart TV and a games console, tucked under the sloping ceilings of the eaves. A compact courtyard provides a delightful outside space, with a tap for rinsing off sandy paws, a gas BBQ and a dining set for four.

The house is set on a tranquil cobbled street in the fabulous resort of Tenby, renowned for its three glorious beaches, pretty buildings encircled by medieval walls and, increasingly, a foodie scene. South Beach is the place for dog walkers, just 0.5 miles on foot, and younger members of the group will love Heatherton World of Activities (3.5 miles), where there’s also a dedicated dog agility course to get your four-legged friend’s tail wagging.

This house makes a great use of space with lots of rooms for leisure; helpful when it is wet (as it was for us). It has been lovingly decorated (the owner has excellent taste) with lots of nice touches and the kitchen has everything; its a pleasure to prepare food here. Really nice stay, thank you.
