Property code: OC-2282

Enjoy a seaside holiday metres from the beach on the stunning North Norfolk coast at this bright and cheerful retreat. There’s room for up to five human guests and two furry ones in two gorgeous bedrooms – perfect for friends, family, or two couples. Switch off, unwind, and let the dogs go mutts on the beach just 20 metres from your front door with the coast, the Norfolk Broads and lots of pretty seaside towns and villages to explore nearby.

The airy, chalet-style house is all on one storey. It has a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can curl up and watch TV, cook up a storm and enjoy mealtimes together. At the end of the night, head to one of the two gorgeous bedrooms: a double in calming seaside colours, and a quirky bunk room with a double and single bed, decorated in a playful nautical theme. There’s a family bathroom for long soaks and quick showers and a handy washing machine for your and Rover’s towels. Outside, there’s somewhere to sit in the sunshine or wander around the shared grounds with your trusty companion by your side.

Grab the lead and head to the beach for walkies on the sands or along the coastal path to Happisburgh village and beach, roughly 3 miles away, to see the famous red and white lighthouse. Your canine companions can enjoy the sands and sea there all year round. For a fun family day out, venture to Norwich (19 miles away) and discover the Norman castle and stunning 11th century cathedral. Hire a boat at Wroxham (12 miles) to explore the winding waterways of the Norfolk Broads with your furry friends aboard and set tails wagging at the wonderful doggie diner in Cromer (12 miles).

I would recommend the property for its location and cleanliness just let down by a very uncomfortable sofa

Comfy chalet with everything you need for your stay. Our dog had the best time! Right by the beach and shop and the beach is lovely. The shop stocks anything and everything you might need! Not too far to get to Cromer and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very well equipped little chalet with enough room for 2 adults and 3 children. Very comfortable beds. Excellent touches and lovely decoration on the inside a lot of plug sockets everywhere (not that we needed them). Even has a washing machine and a clothes horse for drying. Great distance to the beach, good local shop and ice cream very nearbRead morey. Tesco is about 4 miles away to help with food costs. The beach is beautifully sandy and clean, but quite exposed so take a wind block for the beach. The beach is dog friendly although a small part (roughly 200 meters) in front of the chalet does not allow dogs May - October otherwise free for dogs to roam either side of this! Lots of things to do in the local area and Norfolk has a well organised council for tourism. We went on a seal trip and wells next the sea (1 hour away) and bewilderwood (20 minutes away). Then we spent most of the holiday relaxing, reading, dog walking and playing on the beach!! Great holiday thank you! Hide
