Both cottages have a handy utility room on the ground floor, and light-filled social spaces on the first floor. On the ground floor of the first property are two super-king-size bedrooms with en-suite facilities and on its first floor is a twin bedroom also with an en-suite shower. The second property has all three bedrooms on its ground floor: choose from a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, a double with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom, plus a separate bathroom. Extending the living area in each home is a spiral staircase leading up to a second, mezzanine-level seating area.
