The beating heart of this home is the chic kitchen/diner, featuring exposed beams overhead with white cabinets, table and chairs ensuring plenty of space to cook and eat. Next door is the cosy snug where you’ll find two luxurious leather armchairs around a feature wood burner which offer a great space to unwind at the end of the day with your pup by your side. The living area has an array of seating to choose from whether you’re looking to sit and gaze out of the windows with a cup of tea in hand or lose yourself in a good book. Upstairs, the landing provides a lovely view over the garden, as well as access to the three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are spacious, elegant king-size bedrooms, one of which has access to a raised balcony as well as an en-suite whilst the final bedroom is a neutrally decorated twin. The family bathroom completes the interiors, featuring a double shower over the bath. Outside are an array of social areas including the decked area from the master bedroom with seating for four, and a patio area to the back of the property (please note, this isn’t suitable for dogs as it is not fully enclosed.)
Spend your days in search of the finest viewpoints on a stroll along the iconic South West Coast Path, which is just 400 metres from your doorstep and well regarded by humans and hounds alike. Once you’ve explored Croyde Beach, head to Saunton (2 miles) or Woolacombe (3 miles) to test out the other fine sands nearby. Woolacombe offers a choice of great dog-friendly eateries for when you’re feeling peckish. For a taste of life at sea, why not take a trip out to Ilfracombe Harbour (9 miles) and hop aboard a wildlife safari to glide across the waters and soak in the rugged picture-perfect landscapes.
