Set over 3 floors, the open-plan living room/diner on the ground floor is a great social space with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, a TV for entertainment and a charming wood burner set into an exposed brick fireplace making this the focal feature of the room. Step through the archway and there is a dining table to seat six with a pretty window and an unused fireplace where the group can gather together for mealtimes. The kitchen features a natural wood finish with two bright windows making it an enjoyable space to fix up a feast. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, including a king-size room and a twin that can be made up as a king on request. Completing the floor is the family bathroom with both a roll-top bath and a shower. Finally, the second floor features a thoughtfully designed king-sized bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Dine alfresco in the multi-level garden which includes a small path of lawn for your pup to lay in the sun, a picnic bench and well-established plantings throughout the borders.
Lynton and Lynmouth have so much to explore, from the funicular cliff railway traversing up and down the hill to the Valley of the Rocks which is a beautiful place for a walk with dramatic scenery shaped during the last Ice Age.
