The apartment’s kitchen and diner area is in an L-shape and has everything you need to rustle up delicious meals while on your break. There are also three airy bedrooms which share the family shower room along with the property’s separate WC. The apartment’s location, in its expansive grounds, means it''s great for any dog guests. They’ll be happy to explore the grassy gardens with their owners, while human guests can also make use of the on-site facilities. They include a licensed bar, snooker room with a full-sized snooker table, heated 45’ indoor swimming pool with a terrace and sun loungers outside, a large trampoline (with full safety net) and a grassy games area with football goal, basketball hoop and badminton net.

Barnstaple is a bustling town, but there are also a plethora of beaches nearby - such as Saunton Sands, 7 miles away, and Westward Ho!, 14 miles away. It’s a good idea to check whether dogs are allowed on each beach at the time of year you visit, but there are plenty of countryside walks close to the property too to keep furry guests happy.
