We had a lovely break here in September. The cottage is perfect for two and was dog friendly. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. The location is lovely and a great base to explore Cornwall. It is rural so driving distance to shops and pubs/restaurants. Overall we had a lovely week.

Had the best stay at Lou and John's property, a wonderful quiet Christmas for just us and our 8-month-old. We actually came down with a sickness bug on Christmas day and Lou kindly looked after us and washed all our pukey baby clothes! Thank you so much for our uncomplicated stay, your hospitality and fun chats in the kitchen! xx

Very peaceful and quiet area, so we slept very well throughout the stay. The location is a bit secluded to get to (and down the bottom of a single track road), but it's well worth it. The property had everything we needed. It's a lovely area as well to have a walk around to explore.

Nice cottage/annex, lovely surroundings. The owners are nice, and near if there are any problems. The bed was comfy. Kitchen area was adequate. Loved the dcor and ironwork. Would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful and relaxing. Great location for visiting Whitsand bay with our dog. Our host's were on hand for any queries, but the anex still felt private.

Very remote property and quite difficult to get there. A Sat Nav is a must. Lots of driving through very narrow roads. However, we did enjoy the remoteness. A really friendly owner who was more than helpful when asked. If you want to get away from this mad, mad world, and people, this is the place!

The accommodation was even better than expected in an idyllic location with friendly but respectful hosts. The annexe was strikingly decorated and facilities were just right. It was a wonderful place to spend three days and a perfect base for exploration.
