Romance fills the air at this beautiful brick-and-flint cottage. Featuring a pair of inglenook fireplaces, a roll-top bath and a secret garden, it’s an idyllic coastal retreat for a small family or two couples and a canine plus-ones.

Part of a pretty terrace, this charming cottage welcomes guests into a cosy lounge where there are sofas to snuggle up on, a Smart TV and a wood burner within a striking inglenook fireplace. There’s a second paw-warming wood burner in the spacious kitchen/diner, alongside all you’ll need to rustle up a tasty feast. After an evening of fine food and good conversation, head upstairs to find a tastefully decorated twin room with an ornamental fireplace. A stylish free-standing roll-top bath steals the scene in the high-end bathroom on the first floor, complemented by a separate walk-in shower. On the second floor, there’s a king-size bedroom with a beautiful vaulted ceiling; for ultimate comfort, there’s a handy WC on this upper floor too. Outside, the enclosed back garden has outdoor furniture and a BBQ plus steps to a second, secluded lawned garden where you can play fetch or simply unwind in the sunshine.

Holiday in Weybourne and you’ll have plenty of walks on the doorstep – stroll to the local pub and shingle beach or for car-free fun, the dog-friendly North Norfolk Railway stops in the village en route between Holt (4.5 miles) and the seaside town of Sheringham (3 miles). Sheringham Park has glorious coastal views and wonderful woodland to get Fido’s tail wagging, while 6 miles in the opposite direction are the tidal creek and ancient quay at Blakeney – well-behaved dogs are welcome on the boat trips from here to Blakeney Point, where thousands of seal pups are born each winter.

Beautiful, light, cosy, well equipped property in a pretty, friendly village. Used the attic room which had nice village views & pretty views of the sky at night. WOW!! What a Cottage, very welcoming when you enter the property it almost wraps it's arms around you to give you a big hug when you enter. The sitting room is bright and cosy with a wood burner for cold nights, not that it's cold the cottage is nice and warm through out. Kitchen is well fitted and characterful. Twin bedroom is roomy and well fitteRead mored. The bathroom, what can I say, luxury fittings, massive shower and bath very tastefully done. The main bedroom on the top floor is also very luxurious bed is comfortable and there is amply storage, even an ensuite toilet and hand basin which was an added bonus. Throughout the furnishings are excellent and in keeping with the period property. Beautiful cottage will most definitely be returning. Hide

The cottage was lovely and clean and beautifully decorated throughout. It was very well stocked with all items that you could need for a stay. The master bedroom was large and comfortable with a very comfortable bed. The shower was next level comfortable and had a very powerful shower. There was nothing I could fault, the owners clearly lRead moreove their property and are very welcoming. The village of Weybourne was very peaceful with just the sound of the Norfolk train nearby. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes and provided spectacular views. The Ship Inn serves wholesome food from local produce and has an excellent selection of drinks. All the staff there are very welcoming. I would definitely return. Hide

Thanks for a lovely stay at Seastone. Couldnt have asked for more from the property. Very comfortable and beautifully furnished. We loved exploring the area, and it was great knowing we had such a nice base to return to each day. Breakfast in the sunny backyard was a daily treat. I hope we can come back again.

Lovely cottage, so comfortable and the garden was perfect! We really enjoyed the week and sad to leave. A few small observations: We could not use the master bedroom in the loft at all as it was far too hot up there. Luckily we were able to use the twin room instead but if we'd travelled with family, that would have been a real issue! There were veRead morery limited instructions for the cottage eg for keys. There was no 'welcome tray' at all, no bin bags, clean washing up sponges etc, no first aid kit and no visitors book (?) One of the single beds in the twin room needs tightening - very wobbly! Parking was okay but quite a challenge!! (that wouldn't put me off re-booking) Hide

Very happy with accommodation for comfort, cleanliness and facilities. Was however a bit disappointed by regimental correspondence from original cottages. Terms of demands, arrival times, departure and threat of addition cost if not leaving on time. Also with payment terms of no refunds if booking had to be cancelled. Finally nothing in terms of weRead morelcome pack was extremely disappointing, not even a pint of milk which would have been useful since local shop closed at 4, time of arrival. We have stayed in cottages with lots of other companies, all far more welcoming. We would gladly have paid slightly more to see a nice welcome pack.Really think the customer service from original cottages could be improved to complete the holiday. Hide

Lovely cottage, very clean and comfortable. Great location. Beautiful garden. Only minus points was no coffee maker even though it was in the inventory and no welcome tray or condiments. But not a big issue, we would still stay here again.
