Visit the vast sandy vistas for a true taste of the coast with Saunton (2 miles) and Croyde (5 miles) both welcoming top dogs all year round. If your four-legged friend loves the sea, why not hop aboard a wildlife spotting safari from Ilfracombe Harbour (8 miles) to see the rugged sights from a unique vantage point. Take a trip to the pretty fishing village of Clovelly (25 miles) to tackle a steep decline into the car-free community and you’ll be rewarded with postcard-perfect views, fine seafood and a tranquil spot to sit and soak up the atmosphere.

A very comfortable well designed house, nicely furnished. A good location for visiting the many surrounding landmarks and places.

A lovely pub, The Black Horse, at the bottom of Silvian Drive a 3 minute walk down the road and through an alley, Booking recommended if eating, 20-50 per head. Agricultural Inn also within walking distance, good menu huge portions. Tesco Superstore 5 minute drive the other side of Broughton off A361.

The cottage was big enough and comfortable enough for us and the location was perfect for braunton and the beach at Saunton sands. The enclosed garden just great for the dog. It was a little bit more expensive than we usually pay for a weeks holiday (usually we go to Bude) and not as new or big as the property in Bude, but still happy we came hereRead more. Hide

A wonderful holiday home from home. Every detail thought of, to make it a great place to stay. The property had a very calm restful feel to it , the beds were amazingly comfortable!! The parking was ample which is difficult in some holiday lets by the coast. The garden private and lovely outdoor seating provided.

A lovely comfortable bungalow, a nice and safe back garden for dogs. Ideally placed for Braunton centre. The bungalow is well laid out with modern decor and furniture. Great shower and lovely comfortable sofa area with a good sized tv.
