We had a wonderful stay here over Christmas. The cottage was beautifully decorated, warm, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed to prepare a delicious Christmas lunch. It was perfect for my partner and me, my elderly parents, and our two well-behaved dogs! The location is fantasticjust a 15-20 minute walk to Brighton city centre andRead more the seafront, making it ideal for exploring, shopping, and dining out. While theres no on-site parking, Id recommend the train station car park, which offers reasonable rates via an app and is only a 10-minute walk away (though the return trip is a bit uphill!). You can also park outside between 9pm and 8am, which is perfect for unloading and packing up. Hide

Spacious property in a great location although there is absolutely no parking which I didnt realise until after Ive booked. You dont need a car on a day-to-day basis but obviously you have to get there so unless you come by public transport you will be looking at a big parking bill at the end of your stay. The property was better equipped than mRead morey own house in regards to kitchen implements and the beds were very comfortable. Hide
